Dirt Roamers started with a simple idea: what if we could build wealth while exploring the places we love? In 2018, our founders, Mateo and Lisa, began to pursue land investing, combining their passion for real estate with their love of the outdoors. What began as a side project quickly grew into a community of like-minded individuals who saw land not just as an investment, but as a gateway to adventure and financial freedom.
We've helped many landowners sell their properties quickly and fairly, while teaching others how to build their own land investing businesses. Mateo Moore
Founder
A husband, business owner, and real estate investor who believes in putting people first. Together with his wife, he founded Dirt Roamers to help landowners sell their property quickly and without stress. With years of experience in creative investing and business building, Mateo has developed a process that is transparent, fair, and designed to give landowners peace of mind. Outside of real estate, he enjoys exploring new ideas, mentoring others, and building relationships rooted in trust.
Lisa Corley
Partner
A wife, business owner, and real estate investor who believes in family values and trust. With a background in underwriting and transaction coordination, she has worked closely with title companies and closing attorneys on both traditional and creative financing deals, giving her a deep understanding of what it takes to bring transactions smoothly to the finish line. At Dirt Roamers, Lisa is passionate about creating positive experiences for sellers—listening to their concerns, simplifying the process, and ensuring they feel confident and cared for every step of the way.
